How we can help

One physician, focused on the heart and the vessels that supply the legs and the rest of the body.

Cardiovascular consultations

Evaluation and follow-up for heart conditions and circulatory symptoms. We review your history, examine you, and decide together what testing or treatment is next.

Arterial and vascular care

Care for arterial insufficiency and poor circulation in the legs — pain with walking, cold feet, wounds that heal slowly, or known blockages.

Varicose veins

Assessment and treatment of varicose veins and related venous problems, including aching, swelling, and visible veins.

Diabetes complications and preventive cardiology

Help with the heart and vessel problems that travel with diabetes, and with plans to lower risk before a crisis.

Trained in the Texas Medical Center

Dr. Hisse studied medicine at the Universidad de Buenos Aires, then trained at the Texas Heart Institute with Dr. Denton A. Cooley and at Baylor College of Medicine in the department of Dr. Michael DeBakey, across the hospitals of the Houston Medical Center.
